If you look for manufacturing pieces, semi-assembly or assembly parts, we propose to you 3 main steps:

Selection of potential sub-supplier(s)
- Technical abilities: with questionnaire we verify their means, human resources, references, ...
- Quality system: pre-audit is performed,
- Financial status,
- Commercial, export organization.

Contractual phase (according to your requirements):
- Review of technical documentation with your staff,
- Formal audit of the selected sub-supplier,
- Review of technical documentation with sub-supplier, acceptance by the sub-supplier of technical annexes,
- Assistance to final contractual discussions with sub-supplier, acceptance by the sub-supplier of contract terms,
- Assistance to final commercial discussions with sub-supplier, signature of the contract between your company and sub-supplier.

Manufacturing phase:
- Kick off meeting to launch the manufacturing,
- Follow up of manufacturing, surveillance of the delivery schedule,
- Reception of manufactured parts (final inspection),
- Verification of contractual documentation to be delivered by the sub-supplier,
- Check of packaging,
- Check of shipping documentation.
